L’appartement Ballroom a fait l’objet d’une restructuration complète afin de créer un espace de vie ouvert, fluide et convivial. L’intégration d’une alcôve confère au séjour une dimension à la fois structurée et intimiste, tandis que la cuisine s’ouvre pleinement sur le salon et se prolonge par un coin repas doté d’une assise bâtie.
L’atmosphère se veut chaleureuse et apaisante, portée par la continuité des matériaux naturels. Les sols et les murs enduits de chaux enveloppent l’espace d’une douceur minérale, enrichie par des habillages en bois qui apportent texture et profondeur. Pensé comme un véritable havre de sérénité, le projet s’achève avec un mobilier sur mesure, conçu et réalisé en collaboration avec des artisans locaux, en cohérence avec l’intention esthétique et éthique du lieu.

The Ballroom apartment underwent a complete transformation to create an open, fluid, and convivial living space. The addition of an alcove lends the living room both structure and intimacy, while the kitchen now opens fully onto the lounge and extends into a dining area with a built-in bench.
The atmosphere is designed to be warm and serene, enhanced by the continuity of natural materials. Lime-plastered walls and floors wrap the space in a mineral softness, complemented by wooden finishes that add texture and depth. Conceived as a true haven of tranquility, the project is completed with bespoke furniture, crafted in collaboration with local artisans, in harmony with the aesthetic and ethical vision of the design.
